He explained things to me, answered my questions and showed me little tips and tricks to help keep my A/C and furnace running smoothly and efficiently! Roger did a great analysis on recommending options for moving our furnace in a different location to give us more space in our laundry room. It was challenging but he had a can do attitude and his idea made lot of sense. Jason was quick on his analysis on what we should do short term with our hot water tank as we had wanted a larger renovation to be done so he gave us our options of what to do short term and how to plan for the long term installing tankless. Tyler was great with installing our hot water tanks and made time to answer all the questions my curious minded 5 year old boy had. Everyone was professional, skilled, insightful and experienced. I would highly recommend.
Geoff was the service man that answered our call. Unfortunately, we do have to replace our hot water system... but the fact that we received such bad news (cost of water system) but had such a great experience... says something. Geoff was VERY personable, knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. We have a toddler and he was so kind to him. We will most definitely use this company again because the service was so phenomenal.
My hot water tank needed replacing after seeing the positive reviews I contacted knight plumbing and wasn't disappointed. Had Steve G come out and he was nice, professional and easy to deal with, gave me a few options to choose from and was able to come back the same day to install so the wife and kids were happy!
