Atlas Care’s service people are second to none. The company is aptly named because they really do care! There is very little turnover, a sign of a happy staff, and this means that you can request the same service people over and over. You get to know them and they get to know your system. I will continue to request Al, who really knows what he’s doing! I am very happy with this company, and secure knowing that they are there when I need them.

Lyndon is an excellent technician. He explained everything properly and in detail. He finished his work carefully and on time without making any mess in our basement. He is a super guy to get along with. He has good manners and knows how to talk to people. We have no problem recommending his name to any AtlasCare clients.

Sean F. was the same service technician that helped us back in December over the phone so it was great that he came being familiar with our situation and especially our names. He was punctual, friendly and very detailed in explaining what changes he made to address our issue, what we should do and even advised how to properly bleed our top floor rads. What was most impressive; however, is his friendly interaction with the children about which kids cartoon was better! Thanks Sean for the great service!!

This was amazing service. From the operator who contacted me, to the text messages I received announcing when the serviceman would arrive, to the actual replacement. I particularly appreciated the ease of having to change the day of service. I also appreciated sending me a picture of Del Ligias. And what a nice person he turned out to be! All in all, I would highly recommend Atlas. It was problem and stress-free. Kudos to everyone involved.

Eric came at 9 am instead of noon about 1 1/2 hours after I called. . He was very courteous and thorough in his evaluation. He explained in detail the reason why the furnace was not working and reviewed previous visits to provide more information about what had been done in the past. He is a very pleasant person and extremely professional and efficient. I recommend him highly. He is excellent.
