I called Hamilton location and they sent out an estimator Wayne, who quickly evaluated my kitchen sink & plugged plumbing issues including bad odour. I purchased a whole jet pressure wash procedure where few days later 2 Ukrainian guys came in and pressure washed my entire plumbing from kitchen on 1st level into the basement drain, and then out of the basement piping out to the street. Even they inserted a fish camera that went inside the outgoing piping about 100ft all the way to the street to show me results, and the pipes were super clean. I'm glad I dealt with this company because they are super fast with their service, no extra costs were charged and they showed up in a professional massive truck with tremendous amount of machines, piping cameras, drains, pressure washing hoses..etc 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Drain Rescue Plumbers is really great in plumbing solutions. They are the best ones if you have any kind of plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

We had a faucet cartridge bust and our sink unfortunately had no shut off valves, resulting in us having to turn the water off for the whole house. They were quick to respond (within 2 hours we had someone here repairing it) They gave us a break down of what everything would cost so I could submit it to my landlord for approval and were very efficient in installing the shutoff valves until my landlord could replace the sink.

I originally had a horrible experience with this company. A year later their management changed and they reached out to me to try to make it right. My review was originally 1 star but I've upgraded them to 3 stars because they are at least trying to right the ship.

Drain Rescue Plumbers fixed the leaks in our bathroom. Their turnaround time is quick, and the plumbers are highly professionals. I would definitely recommend them to my community.
