Don’t buy or rent from these guys. Hook and bait. Once you try to cancel oh boy. Lots of charges to deter you from leaving. Go buy yourself a water heater or a furnace. Don’t fall for those discounts, it’s fake. It’s all numbers. Calculate before you commit.

Very disappointing customer service experience. After waiting six weeks for a maintenance call, I was told the day before that the scheduled appointment was cancelled. The next available time on a weekend would be in two months! Otherwise, I would have to take a day off work to get someone in sooner. When we bought the furnace/AC unit earlier this year, the salesperson promoted the fact that Reliance offered 7 day a week service. This company really only seems interested in making the sale; they don't appear interested in cultivating an ongoing relationship with their customers. I would be hard pressed to recommend this company to any of my family, friends or business associates.

Our technician (Tim) was so knowledgeable we had full confidence in the work he was completing in our home. Tim showed genuine care in his work, and explained to us everything we needed to know. It was a pleasure doing business with Reliance because of this technician, thank you!

I have called again and again to remove this heating protection plan they keep charging me for and they say it has been taken care of, and yet it's still there. Your customer service is atrocious and you guys are thieves.
