Called Pars on Sunday and got an appointment for Tuesday. This was not an emergency situation. They arrived within 25 minutes of the agreed upon time and did fast, efficient work. Both gentleman were polite and professional. Charges were reasonable. Would use again.
I had an emergency over the weekend (blocked drainage) and they took care of me right away. (within 1.5 hours) The plumber that serviced was Pierre and he was very efficient and explained everything in detail. A true pro and nice person as well. Solved the problem and was also very meticulous double checking that everything was in order. I highly recommend this company.
From the website I was impressed but was sorely disappointed. First their phone number did not work so I text them and they told me to call them again. Again it did not work. So I gave my number and still no contact. Not impressed.
Sergei came for an emergency issue within 2 hrs of me calling on a weekend. To my surprise the issue was fixed within the first hour . Very polite and professional service. Will use again is needed . Thanks
