Did a great job and was very fast

The plumber was late. I called the company to find out what time I should be expecting someone. I got an apology for the lateness and was told that someone would be sent in a couple of hours. When the plumber arrived, he was extremely professional, polite, clean, very quick, and did an excellent job. The price I was charged was very reasonable too. I would call them again if I need a plumber, just because I really loved the service I received once the plumber arrived.

Called this plumber to fix water pipe that broke due to my regular plumber not being free so due to emergency contacted them and plumber came in few hours but only decided to fix one part of pipe and said to book another appointment following week because he doesnt have enough time to fix the rest. ended up paying 260$ for one hour due to holiday fees, but my personal plumber finally came by same day after being free and fixed the whole problem in 30 minutes, avoid these guys first and last time calling them, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I confirm, that compagny just want to screw you!!! Very desapointed about there services. Before calling them I read the review, and though it was certain specific bad story. I can confirm what other review are saying. First it's true the guy is making way too much of back and foward to is truck, and beleived me, I'm working in construction, and you don't see that often that many traveling, and it's sound more the guy want to go to is truck for a smoke break than for to get a part!! Secondly, the guy forgot to grimp 2 rings, luckly I had my crimping tool. and he doesn't fix properly the abs, result, after couple day, it's start leaking. Again, luckly I had the part to fix it!!! Thirldly, you think you will have a better price on the parts because they are a plumbing compagny, they charge 2 to 3 times the price that you can find in a home hardware. I called the owner to explain him the situation, He said that he will checked and come back to me..... he pass the invoice the same day and never heard anything back from him after. Ant the guy was thinking to come back!!! you have to work well if you want people call you back!! Run away from that compagny
