My water heater broke and flooded the garage the night before Thanksgiving. I called and got many quotes. Vortex called me back right away, gave me the best price, and they came out on Thanksgiving morning. They didn't charge me extra for the holiday. They did a professional job. The new water heater was installed well and works great.

The only reason I gave them four stars is that they said they would be at our home at 11am and it was at 12:30am and when it is a issue that involves toilets then it is time sensitive.
