Did great job, friendly and very flexible on scheduling!
From start to finish I was impressed by this Company. The woman on the phone was friendly and was able to work with my schedule. The gentleman who came out was so great! My backflow failed and he was able to flush it out and retested it at no charge to me. The best part was how convenient scheduling, testing and then not having to submit the report! They took care of that for me:)
The employees at ABT are very efficient and kind, I will be a long time customer! The owner, Patrick is a character, he was very honest and upfront with all the work they did. It’s hard finding an honest contracting buisness’s now a days but ABT is fabulous
I called them and reserved a time for a backflow test. I waited for their entire four hour window, but they never showed up. I have since called them 4 times and left 2 messages, trying to reschedule and to find out what happened. They have never answered the phone since (during business hours), or returned my calls. So one of two options must be true: they are no longer in business... or they are really, really awful. Either way, stay away. Apparently they used to be a great business, but they changed management recently. I guess that hasn't worked out.
