If you need a fireplace this is the place to get it done!!!! I could not have asked for a better experience! Katie came in and gave me a great quote. I had a very unusual set up prior to the install. Charlie came in and was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions and gave me an amazing deal! I was able to go to the show room and check out all their fireplaces. A little about events leading up to the quote: The first company I called said they had no clue how to even handle my old fireplace. The second company I called came in and seemed very knowledgeable as well but never sent me a quote. It was extra weird when their owner called to follow up to see my thoughts on the quote and I had to tell him I still didn't have one. Two weeks later they finally sent the quote. Oddly, it was on the same day Bill's Comfort System came for their quote. Luckily I was able to go with Bill's Comfort Systems. I received a fair quote right on the spot. They were punctual to their appointment as well. I was able to get an AMAZING Fireplace with all the features I wanted. When then installers came, they were on time and very friendly. They placed protective cloth around so as not to make a mess in the house. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was 100% satisfied. They answered all my questions and walked me through how to use the fireplace both with and without power. The staff at the show room was friendly and payment was simple and quick. If you need a fireplace make sure to get a quote from Bill's Comfort Systems. They have so many options and choices to get the exact fireplace that you want! They do beautiful work and have awesome customer service! I will not hesitate recommending them to anyone!

We needed to replace our furnace and A/C unit and Bills Comfort System was AWESOME to work with, starting with Katy who came out very quickly and gave us all our options on what we needed and that would work best for us. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and she beat the competitor's price by a mile. The installers, Trevor and Travis (and a third guy whose name I don't recall, were great also. They did a very nice job installing and seemed to take great pride in their craft. They explained our new system to us and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!

Ethan came to my home today. He did a fantastic job! Called when he was on his way, diagnosed the issue and fixed it fast. Gave me suggestions on how to improve the performance of my furnace. Did not try to sell me the world. Best company out there. Bills is the only company allowed in my home

Ethan came to our home to repair our furnace and was so helpful and pleasant to have in our home. He made sure everything was working right and told us to call the office if there were any other problems and that he'd come back any time, day or night. It was nice to feel like it really mattered to him that he did a good job. Thank you, Ethan!

Working with Bill's Comfort Systems was a pleasure starting with the sales person (Katy) through the actual installation (Trevor). Katy was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining our options and costs up front. Likewise, Trevor was very pleasant, competent, knowledgeable and did a great installation for us. I highly recommend Bill's especially if you have a chance to work with Katy and Trevor. I will call Bill's for my next furnace/ fireplace problem.
