Our 15 yr. old AC has been acting up for a month and finally died 2 days ago. We called Smedley and Associates from whom we bought the last one. Nelden came the next day, gave us our options, and we decided to buy a new AC Unit. I begged him to get it installed the next day knowing it’s their busiest time, and that the chances were slim. We had family arriving from Hawaii and big family party in 2 days. Nelden put forth the effort and was able to get a technician to, indeed, install it the next day! Grady showed up at 8:30 am and worked straight through to 3:30pm and got it done. He was courteous and left everything perfect. It was a big job! I am extremely grateful for the fabulous service and for going the extra mile for us.

Matt came this morning to help solve a drainage problem with our air conditioner coil drain pan. He was very professional and quickly helped me finish solving the issue. We trust Smedleys.
