I hired Todd Bajar (The "T" of this outfit) to install a water heater some years ago in a rental house I owned. The agreement in writing had it that he would buy the water heater for the price quoted. But when he finished the job he billed me for the water heater. Now, most people would have balked and not paid it. I am different. I saw a young man who had made a mistake, and in a spirit of kindness went ahead and paid the $300 for the high end water heater, even though I was not obligated. I thought, "Surely he will acknowledge what I have done and be a good, reliable plumber for me in the future." Then, a few years later he installed another water heater in my residence, where we take care of my elderly mother who has advanced dementia. The water heater later stopped working and it was a serious problem for us under our circumstances. I phoned Todd Bajar,'s cell phone and left multiple messages, phoned his land line and left messages and even emailed him--each time letting him know we were in a bad situation without hot water. He never did return my call or help us, but left us waiting for nothing. Finally I realized he was not coming and eventually was able to find someone else. Meanwhile my elderly mother suffered, unable to clean herself. I cannot write here of any plumber I recommend, but Mr. Bajar is at the bottom of my list. What he did to us was despicable.
