This place sold the previous owner of my house a new AC and gave them a 10 year warranty. They then seemingly sent out of business and now can't be contacting less than a year after installation. My AC isn't working properly and now is going to have to be paid to fix when it's already a new unit that should be covered.

I get it, but they did nothing but tell me it would cost $2k to fix my unit or $5k+ to replace it. Then charged me $100 to tell me this. So I paid them the shakedown fee and called someone else and fixed the unit for under $400. Yeah, call them if you want, but I would, at the very least, get a second quote because this outfit is after the quick buck. Or save the time and just call someone else because they will charge you $100 to just see you. Just one man's experience, do what you will. Good luck.

The technician stated that he spent 2 hours working on the freezer and charged me for that to discover later from my employee that he was only there for 30 minutes and almost did nothing. He was waiting to hear a noise from the freezer. For small sensor he said it will cost me 1900$ then all of a sudden he dropped that to 1000$. I would not even give him one star.

We hired White County Hearing, Ari & Refrigeration to come clean our ducts. We were very impressed with the work that the service technician did for us. The work was done on time and met all of our expectations. We would definitely use them again in the future.
