Exceptional service!!! Stayed at my house until 2am fixing my plumbing issue even with his own personal family obligations. Great knowledge and he was eager to teach me rather than keeping it to himself for future fees! Very hard working!!!
My experience was not good. I called and was told he was on a job and they would call me back that evening with a time to come out the next day. No return phone call that night. Called twice more the next day, told each time that they would call me right back. NO return phone call. Very poor business protocol to say you will call and then don't. Conrad Plumbing was recommended by a co-worker so my expectations were high. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown. I will NOT be recommending Joe Conrad Plumbing
Justin did a great job at my house. He was very friendly and customer oriented. Very fair on price and definitely knew his trade.
Justin definitely knows what he is doing and he is one of the nicest people you will meet. He does VERY good work and I would reccomend his service to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.
He got to my house quickly and did a great job. When he was done he handed me a bill for about half of what I thought it would be.
