Too busy turning out sub-par homes to be bothered with coming back to fix poor previous work. I asked for a whole home water softener and received soft water only on the hot water. I made multiple calls and multiple drop-ins and he never came back to correct the work. Just another Altus thief!
Trying to get someone to answer the phone is impossible and the voice box is always full. I need to see if they can locate my propane line.

Was told Mr. Kennedy would arrive at my home Friday around 8:30am. He was a no show. I also phone Mr. Kennedy twice attempting to get ahold of him that day, there was no answer. I hope Mr. Kennedy is alright but considering he never showed after scheduling an appointment I cannot recommend his services.
