Claims to be a commercial plumber but doesn't know the basics of how commercial businesses operate. We called him because we are a food business moving to a new location down the street. We asked that our sinks and equipment be unhooked from plumbing (so movers could move them) and reinstalled in new location. He said, "we only deal in new equipment. We will not uninstall any equipment or install any sinks or equipment that were used previously. It is not cost efficient to bring your equipment to a new space." This guy has zero idea what he is talking about and clearly has done little work with business. Beware.
