TBros - Trethewey Brothers Inc

The heater under my sink is leaking so I called Tbros to se if they could stop it.The call out fee is a little ridiculous seeing as I had to wait 2 days anyway for them to show up. When they got here they couldn't find the leak but somehow blamed it on a hose in the sink that is clearly not leaking. The guys were very nice and all but simply told me what I already knew and charged me 130+ bucks for essentially staring at my leak.

I had scheduled an appointment to have our furnace serviced on a Saturday morning - it was a time sensitive issue and the only time we could be home to schedule the service. I was told when I booked the appointment that I would receive a phone call 10-15 minutes before the technician arrived. We received no call and no one came during the 4 hour window we were given. When I called to ask when we should expect someone to arrive, I was told that the technician already came but no one answered the door. Since we live in a condo, the front door opens to common space and we cannot hear when someone knocks. They did not call because the technician was not given our phone number (which had been provided when the appointment was made). When I called the dispatch, they said they were unable to come back same-day. Since this was time sensitive and it was their error (not providing a phone # to the technician to call as I was told), I was pretty adamant about this being remedied same-day and asked to talk with a manager. The customer service representative said she would have someone call me, and hung up on me. I called back and she again hung up on me (as in - picked up the phone and put it back down). I called back thinking that was odd, and the woman said "stop calling" and hung up. We received no call back from a manager, no service for our furnace, atrocious customer service, and our house remains cold.

I'm a plumber from the midwest and own my own business. I stopped in just to shoot the, well you get it. Great place I love how they worked and how they handle their customers. I was excited to stop and see where my hero (Rich) once worked. I swear I wouldn't be in this trade without seeing TBros on TV.

I recommend TBros highly. Their work is quality & if they come out to do something and in a few days/weeks another problem crops up which they deem was caused by what they had done earlier, they do not charge you again. On 1/21/2019, a frigid MLK, Jr. Day; my tenant called while I was away from the home stating that they had no heat in a few rooms of their apartment. Due to the frigid temperature, I expected a delay in TBros getting out to fix the problem but they had it solved within 45 mins. I do find them pricey at times but “you get what you pay for”. I find all employees from customer service reps to technicians always to be courteous. My timeframes are always met & I always receive a call when they are on their way.
