Superior Plumbing has always responded very promptly and professionally to my plumbing needs. I am in the midst of a major leak in the slab of my home (on New Year’s Eve, naturally) and Superior sent a fine professional (Guillermo) to my home twice to perform some very challenging work to restore my water. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism! (I hope to use Superior to replace my main water line to avoid this mess in the future.) I recommend this team to all.

I’ve used Superior Plumbing for years now and they’ve never disappointed! I had a leak in my front yard near the water meter and my irrigation line. Initially I had someone from the county to come out and make sure it wasn’t their responsibility but it ended up being an issue on the homeowners side...my side. So I called Superior. Amy was nice and was able to set up service the same day with Brent. Brent was very professional. He explained what the issue was, proposed different repair options and I felt that he educated me enough to make the right decision. After the work was complete, he walked me through what he repaired and I feel that a fair price was charged (which he presented prior to the work being done). We scheduled to get a bathroom faucet fixed. He was on time, very professional and answered any questions I had. The cost to repair was communicated before the work took place. He was able to also identify issues with the kitchen faucet. Once all the necessary parts for the kitchen faucet are available, I liked that the same person will install them. Great service!

Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, calm, and efficient. A real pro. Yesterday there was a clog and large overflow with a toilet that had to be shut off at the house’s main valve. Today we are back in business thanks to Eric. He quickly identified the problem with our 12-yr-old Kohler toilet, gave options for repairing or replacing. He was able to locate the uncommon parts needed for repair, drove to and from the parts supply house, and also replace the 40-yr-old shut off valve which no longer lived up to it’s name. In and out within 2.5 hours, calm and efficient. Thank you for good service. Definitely recommend.

My family and I have been using Superior Plumbing for a few years now. We have never been disappointed in the service they provide. Amy took my call on the Friday after Christmas (today) and was able to dispatch a plumber the same day. Brent came out and assessed the issue which was a water line leak in our front yard. He was able to provide repair options and after choosing the best option, Brent moved forward with repairing the problem. I feel that we were priced fairly and he explained what he did step-by-step.
