We had them inspect our commercial back flow, which needs to be done annually, and they failed the certification and gave us a $1300+ estimate to replace it. Since the cost was unexpected, I decided to get a 2nd estimate from a company that we've used before. They did their own inspection, and the back flow passed and is now certified. Once the owner (of Ryan's) heard what happened, they immediately called to apologize and explain their position. They issued a refund for the original inspection, and even offered to pay for the additional inspection. They reassured me that they exposed the problem to the technician that did it, and used it as an opportunity to train them to make sure it never happens again.

We had Ryan’s Plumbing just repipe water lines through our entire house. Wow! Amazing service, affordable, punctual and very professional! They treated my home like it was their own. I was able to hand them my keys and go to work and when I got home each day for the two days it took them to complete the job, I would have not known they were even here! It was spotless! I stopped in mid-day on the first day and was a bit overwhelmed by how much they had going, but just a few hours later when I got home it was spotless!!! I couldn’t believe how clean they left everything! A repipe is never a fun thing, but they made it super easy and took the full burden. Amazing!
