Schedule appointment over the phone and was not added to the calendar. I stayed all day waiting for them and no return phone call. I called them again and Jason stated that they still come. No phone call to let me know they are on their way. Cancelled the service around 7:52pm. They are unreliable with no business etiquette. I will never refer them to anyone.

If you would like an unprofessional, ill-advising, rude, and never call you back company...here is the company you should hire. Jason’s guys showed up and spent 15 at my house to fix our water softener system only to just “visually inspect,” and press buttons on our system and declare that the whole system needs to be replaced. I would absolutely pay the fee if they had taken things apart or did testing but they charged the barely over 10 minutes visit $120. I am the first to admit that I’m not an expert on water systems, but his employees incorrectly told us that our brine tank was broken because it was full of salt and the salt was suppose to be dissolved in order for it to be working properly. I was very upset with how they handled the situation and called Jason only to be brushed aside and claimed that was all he could do and “that was the diagnosis.” I always prefer contacting local contractors and supporting local businesses and am sad to say that I had a terrible experience. Please save yourself the money and many hours trying to contact them for explanations and do not contact them.
