Stated he would be here at 10am and or have a person come out. Spent the day with no communication and took off work for him to come by. Called at 5pm said he would be here at 11:30 the following day I called to follow up he stated he wasn’t and couldn’t make it. Two days off never followed through and horrible at communicating.
We had a plumbing emergency today. I called and they came over right away fixed the phone; and, the charges were reasonable. Definitely recommend them.
Hired Charlie because he was prior military. He started our job on time and at a fair price. BUUUUUT, he didnt finish the job and when I tried to call him numerous times he never answered or returned my calls. I had to hire another plumber to fix his work and finish what he started.
Excellent service, prompt, and super friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing services, we couldn't be happier with their work.
