I had bad experiense with Nelson plumbing. In one of my renting property located on 549 Wynnehurst happened clog in washer drain. First I called to Rooter plumbing. They came to my house and estimate job $170, I thought it will be too much and I tryed to clean drain myself. I rented drain opener in Home depot 50 foot long snake and pushed all tru my drain pipes, however it did not help, needed to be longer. Next day I called to other plumber they told me it will cost $135, then I called to Nelson, they told me 1 hour will cost $90 and all work will be done in 1 hour. Next day plumber name Tom arrived. Actually I came after he started to work. He already removed his snake out from pipe and told me he could no push snake more than 6 foot. I told him that yeasterday I pushed 50 foot long snake inside. He was shamed and started to push snake again. Instead go to roof, he cut pipe downstairs. After he cleaned drain, he put on my vent automatic vent opener. And he told me I must pay for it. Also he told me he worked 2 hours. It was not true he spend most time to cut pipe, fix automatic vent which i not needed, and talk on phone. He charged me $249 for all that work. Very upset of his service. One man told me Rooter is expensive, that why I shosed Nelson. It was my biggest mistakie. Will never hire them again.
