Memo is the real deal and would highly recommend him for any plumbing job. He came over and checked out a problem with a faulty PRV leading to really high water pressure , and a hose bib that needed replacement. He gave a reasonable quote so just had him fix it on the spot. Within an hour he had fixed both issues and all was well. Extra bonus points for being friendly and very pleasant customer experience

At this point.. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. I have talked to them 3 times over the past week. I do not have an EMERGENCY job, was not requesting them to come over quickly. Memo's told me they would come to my home 3 times. I waited for this company......for hours. What a waste of time.... and 3 times...they did not show up. And no follow up call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If you don't want the work... that's cool, but, be professional and tell the customer.
