Preferred Services - Air Conditioning & Plumbing

I moved into a condo that I renovated top to bottom. Once the sinks, showers, and related plumbing were operational again, I found I had no hot water. The plumber who was doing the work (not Preferred Services) serviced the water heater (which was electric and installed on the roof, as are all the condo in the complex), replaced a part and flushed out the built up minerals. But a few days later, no hot water again. He came back and replaced a different part. A few days later (and lots of money spent by this time), no hot water again. Also, when I reported the issue, the plumber didn't get back to me until the third day. By that time, I had enough and called Preferred Services. They sent out Miguel. He assessed the situation, advised me on what needed to be done, ordered the necessary parts and was here today to do the work. He was fast, efficient, showed me the old parts and explained what was wrong, plus advised me on what to do to keep the water heater operating properly and how long I could expect it to last before I needed a full replacement. Between the first plumber's work and Preferred Services, I spent a lot of money. I should have called Preferred Services in the first place and wish I had. But I feel confident now that the work is done correctly and that I have a company that will stand behind their work. Thanks Preferred Services and thank you Miguel.

Fantastic customer service! Taven was professional and extremely helpful when asked many questions in regards to the work he was performing on our AC unit. Aside from the triple digit weather and climbing in and out of our attic, he maintained a positive and professional attitude. Our AC was working in no time. We recommend Preferred Services and all the technicians we encountered vs phone and our initial visit to diagnose the problem by Brock. Who also was outstanding. We've had a reasonably priced preferred customer annual contract with Preferred for years. This covers all plumbing calls, and semi-annual Heating & A/C maintenance. We get priority service response on calls for plumbing, air or heating. Always satisfied. They are friendly and efficient. With contract we only pay for plumbing parts or upgrades, not their time. It's a good thing. Leo just left after the 6 months furnace/heating service. Terrific guy. The office and phone staff always friendly and efficient, and they call to remind you they're coming. It's a pleasure to rely on this company.

We have worked with Preferred Plumbing for a few years! They are always very professional, fair, on time, and know what they are doing. Quick service. I called and they had a technician at my home within 2 hours. The technician was professional and fixed the issue quickly. Offered me an affordable membership that that paid for the visit and additional visits for a year. The membership is worth the money to me. Happy with preferred services.
