This is not about ruining someone's business this is about true customer service and treating things that are not your own with care and leaving them better than you found them. These people clearly do not know how to do any of that. There are other businesses that do the same services for a good price... Go elsewhere!

Gary was great fixed my plumbing in a timely manner. My problem was very tough and he stayed persistent on getting the job done. Thanks so much for coming fast and getting the job done right.

Well, the address listen is MY house, not this business. I am aware that Mr. Stewart illegally resided in my home through the tenants I had leased to. He illegally had a dog in my home. And more over, this guy is a "plumber" who thrashed my 230k home. Water damage everywhere. I am seeking legal options to sue "flo-rite" for past due rent and illegally operating a business out of my home. On the flip side, if anyone is looking for a home to buy, all repairs are done, and the address listed for "flo-rite" is currently for sale. All locks have been changed so no worries of this crook illegally entering the home any further.

Would've given a five star review, but he wouldn't take a tip. Installed an additional toilet. Great customer service. I have to honest very rare to have just gave someone your hard earned money and you smile at em as they leave... . Thank you again.
