These guys are ones to call when you’re looking for experienced and reasonably priced work- they just finished a residential home plumbing repair for me without any problem- after another company had given it several tries. Next time I’m calling Herman’s first.

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for "point to point" time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

I have worked with a lot of plumbers over the years and these guys were the best overall experience I have ever had with a plumber.
