Ernest and Sergy are now doing a third job in our house: first they did our front door, then completely gutted out and redid our cloackroom, and now they are doing a whole loft renovation including putting in steel beams, taking out walls, redoing the roof and putting in a new bathroom. We have been very impressed with the quality of their work and the price was very reasonable. It is disruptive to have builders in the house but they have taken great care not to damage anything. Would highly recommend. Regarding the poster who did not get an answer from them, I did initially wait for a long time for them to respond they could not do a job the first time around (I ended up going with someone else and it was a disaster). I did have to wait quite a while for them this time around but it was worth it. Good builders are always very busy!

The last few days, I repeatedly called them on both nrs. on their site, left voicemails, sent them an email, and just today a text, to which they finally replied "they don't want my job", even though they didn't know what that is. When I asked if I may know why, they replied "they don't have to answer this question". Absolutely unprofessional, to say the least. Bullet dodged, if this is their approach, imagine what kind of work they'd do.

Just called them , needed help on where to find specific wood screws. Sergy was very helpful. Thank you!
