I have made an emergency call-out to a faulty boiler, Presland Heating and Plumbing Services were prepared to attend the property on the same day. When the engineer attended site, he quickly identified the issue and kept me informed by providing details of what works are required. The engineer was well prepared and had spare parts with him at the time of the visit. Fast, reliable and effective service which I would definitely be using in the future.
