Simon is such a true professional, caring, lovely man. He replaced our en suite which looked very sad and dated. Simon, Dan and Rhys did a fabulous job - new ceiling, tiled all walls and a great new floor. Overall building us a fantastic new bathroom - just amazing we love it. Simon and his team are extremely tidy workers and unlike previous workmen I have used just do one job at a time. Their workmanship is incredible, nothing is too much trouble. Simon a huge thank you. Abbott Luxury Bathrooms - well what can I say about Simon Abbott and his team (namely Dan & Rhys). From initial meeting to conclusion, it’s been an absolute pleasure to have them in our home - something I can’t honestly say about all trades people I’ve dealt with in the past. Simon inspires confidence, is very trustworthy and nothing has been too much trouble, making our experience stress and hassle free. He has been true to his word that he only works on one job at a time and has been with us every day from start to finish. Any queries we’ve had have been addressed succinctly and professionally and if we’ve been unsure about anything he’s been more than happy to offer impartial advice, options and solutions. It’s clear from the pictures on his Facebook page that Simon is very competent, skilled and experienced across all aspects of home renovation/modernisation, completing his projects, no matter how big or small, to a very high standard. I’ve found the whole teams attitude, character and personality towards us as their clients, faultless. They are a very down to earth, friendly and approachable bunch of guys. Simon has never been difficult to get hold of by telephone or email. If there wasn’t a response immediately you would get one once he was home from his current day’s work. I’ve not had to chase about anything, Simon has been very proactive keeping us informed regarding all aspects of our project, including but not limited to, start date, work schedule and progress whilst on the job. The team are very punctual, conscientious, clean, tidy and have expressed great enthusiasm and pride in their work. It’s nice to welcome trades into your home knowing that they will treat it with the same respect as their own. Our new bathroom and other works have been carried out to a very high standard and we have to say that we are very happy. We have no hesitation in giving Abbott Luxury Bathrooms a ringing endorsement and would gladly use them again. Thanks guys you’ve been awesome Sadie & Al ????
