Had to phone for an emergency plumber when the heating stopped working on a Sunday morning in very cold weather. PB Plumbing told me what I needed to do over the phone and said he'd come out if what he'd suggested didn't work. The advice was good and the problem got sorted. A cowboy plumber could have come out and charged me a fortune for fixing a simple problem.
