I had this company do my bathroom and kitchen the workers were very polite and did very good work for the most part. Had a couple of minor problems. 5 stars for the workers.

Complete con artists STAY AWAY! I was told by the OWNER a high and low price because they charge hourly then I get a bill 3x that because of the “difficulties” $600 later but I let it go and hired them again for the SAME THING TO HAPPEN I trusted them to do work while I was out running errands I come back they are sitting in their van eating lunch and told me they just finished in my house 5 minutes ago!!! I look back on my cameras and they were in my house under a little over 30 mins and charged me over $300! They left to the “equipment store” but charged me still for the time?? Doesn’t seem proper to me at all! Come with your proper supplies for the job! The owner doesn’t care either he has a nasty attitude!

They came and fixed the leaking tub above me and were very fast, friendly and professional. I believe the guys name was Kevin and he did a great job. Thanks guys.

Not professional at all! Our boiler was installed 1 year ago and we came home to no heat during the first snowstorm of the year. Checked the boiler and it appeared to be an electrical problem. Called their emergency service and decided to have them come out the next morning. Got a call in the morning and was told there was nothing that they could do until next week. Tom (the owner) is very unprofessional and was screaming in the background of the call, saying extremely rude and degrading comments about me , that I could hear! Extremely unpleasant experience...avoid at all costs!!!! Will be going elsewhere to find a solution as W.B Dickenson does not respect customers and does not value their trust.
