I have been with this company for over 10 years. I had the same service person nearly the entire time until he recently retired. This company services my furnace in the winter and the A/C in the summer. They will sometimes call me to set up the appt if I haven't done so, which I appreciate. They are professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Andy and his team are the best. Very knowledgeable and they know what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. Top notch and very professional! Andy was very honest and upfront with the prices. We shopped around first but decided to go with Airflow because of the fair price and the excellent reviews. We were getting quotes for twice the amount and it was for the same AC unit. Please hire them and you won’t be disappointed!
Air Flow is a most reliable cooling and heating company. The technicians are responsible, knowledgeable and competent. I have recommended this company to all my neighbors and friends and they are all in agreement that Air Flow is the best in the market. Kudos to Jack, all the technicians and personnel at Air Flo. DONT CONTACT THIS COMPANY! In their website they say they are reliable and fast. This is not the case. Our AC unit died over the weekend on a very hot day (85+ degrees). We called Monday morning and waited for someone to come all day until almost 7 pm. Once the technician decided to show up, we were told we had to way a few hours for the unit to defrost and that they were to come the next day. In the meantime our two small children and pets are getting sick from the heat in the house. It is Tuesday 4:30 pm ( 85 degrees and very humid) and nobody has showed up. We keep calling and they say the technician should be there shortly. If you have small children, pets and need fast service, this is not the place to call! Awful service!
This is the second time I have used Airflow. Both experiences were great! If you are looking for a company that cares about its customers you have found it.
