Customer service reps are very courteous and professional; however, their response time is horrible! I was told that a technician would show up between 6 am & 8 am. No one showed up and I never received a phone call. I called at 8:15 am and asking where the Technician was and, again, was told that the Technician would call me. At 9:45, I called again and asked where the technician was, and again told that he/she would call me. At this point I said if I didn't receive a phone call before 10:00 am to cancel my request, I'll go with another company. Well I'm going with another company. Very unprofessional!!!!

I called all American Jetting & Drain Services the same day I needed their service. The customer service representative was polite,courteous and confirmed the service technician ,Lukas, would be arriving between 10 AM and 1 PM. Lukas was prompt, very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain the problem and resolved our issue within an hour. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Being a first time customer, I appreciated the politeness and thoroughness displayed in performing the contracted work. John and his partner explained what was going on, prevention, and alternative solutions. The house didn't take it easy on them...and prevented them from efficiently completing the work. Thanks for hydro jetting what you could and going over other options.

I was experiencing gurgling noises when I ran water down our kitchen sink. The customer service rep listened to my concern and even though this wasn't an urgent matter, 2 techs were dispatched to my home within 3 hours. They diagnosed the problem, told me the options for fixing it along with the costs and I made my decision. Junior and Adam knew exactly what to do and explained everything as it was being done. I was able to see before and after videos of the drain cleaning. The cost isn't cheap but the results of their work gave me piece of mind that the problem was resolved. This team knows their stuff. William (Sarmiento) did a great job! He was easy to work with; explained what he was doing along the way; was polite and professional. The results of his inspection were not great news for us as homeowners but I am confident his work was thorough and accurate. I did not shop around to compare prices with other firms because we had an emergency situation. They came two hours after we called and their prices seemed reasonable. I highly recommend them. Mark S
