I really appreciate the extra time Jeff spent to solve all of my issues and concerns. Everything was completely resolved in the most professional way. We needed a stove FAST And even though my order did not arrive on the truck as planned, Jeff figured out a way to get the stove to me in the same time frame and I was completely satisfied and grateful. Thank you so much for your time and energy to help us!! The delivery people arrived early and gave thorough and good instructions. We had an excellent experience at Warner Stellian and pricing was very competitive. We will definitely shop there again for future appliances and I would recommend them to everyone!

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service they provided. Not sure I would ever buy from them in the future. Try Best Buy maybe next time. Update 3/11/2019 I was reviewing the Warners Stellian Corporation customer service not the store. The Store and persons who assisted us were excellent. I ordered my Refrigerator online after my current one suddenly crashed. Internet Sales Consultant was able to fit me in for an earlier date than anticipated. Delivery crew was very professional, on time, and paid attention to every detail.
