I recently had my old corroded galvanized pipes replaced by Bennett B from Bonfe's. I have to say that this was a great experience. He made two visits - the first on a Sunday (unexpected but pleased) for to investigate a leak - only to discover that my pipes were galvanized, and could begin other leaks. He made the suggestion that it would be good to replace all of it and bring it up to code with 1" pipe. He explained the pros and cons of the various estimates he gave me, which also included the replacement of my nearly 20 year old water heater. The second visit he showed up exactly on schedule and was here for nearly 9 hours replacing all of the galvanized pipes in my house. There was some concern that some of the pipes running to the upper floor might be supplying the water to my bathroom - which wouldn't be covered by the estimate. He took his time to make sure that there could be water supplied to those pipes and got everything set up just in case. I appreciated that care for sure! The pipes all look wonderful (Bennett took the time to secure and run them very neatly) and my water pressure in the house is now AMAZING! Bennett was great and I have always appreciated Bonfe's quality and care.
Jeff arrived earlier than expected (with my permission of course) and performed a furnace check-up as well as a furnace motor installation. He was sure to explain what he was doing every step of the way, show me anything he was replacing and what he was replacing it with, and provided me with all of my options. He was respectful of the fact that I have a new baby in the house before making too much noise. We are satisfied customers!
