River City Furnace & Fireplace- Heating, Plumbing, Air Conditioning

Scott was very polite and knowledgeable. The air conditioner fan was squealing and he had it quiet in no time. He said that if it happens again to call and they would replace the fan. I don't believe this unit has had any maintenance done since it was installed long ago. Thank you Scott, hoping we don't have to call again but if we do, I know we're in good hands.

terrible experience - was told AC leaks they put 5 pounds of refrigerant in and next day still not working - real AC tech came in 3 days did not find anything wrong put small amt refrigerant no problems with it in 2 weeks - should have been fixed 1st time - cost me $240. The staff at the office were even worse to try to work with . Will be dropping HomeSmart

Don't let them do your plumbing they will charge you extra and not do the job right . Took twice to come back and do a simplie soder job . Sent a guy the second time who took directions over the phone. Of coarse it didn't hold . Reimbursement was only half which anyanyone knows if I had time to go to court I would of got full refund plus extra. Don't trust rhem

Worst experience ever! A month and a half later my gas line still isn't hooked up. I've made numerous phone calls only to be told they would get back to me. Well no one has, only to be told again when I call again someone will get back to me. Never using this company again! No wonder the ratings are horrible, horrible customer service too! Taking my future business elsewhere. Don't use this place unless you have plenty of time to waste waiting around for them to figure out how to run a business. If I could give zero stars I would!

Took two months for our a/c to be repaired. Poor communication between repairman and office. Repairman came without needed items. Lectured me about our furnace while I was sick and insulted me as well.
