I can not express how fantastic this company is! I have worked with several different companies and contractors and SAS Services is by far one of the best companies I have ever hired. Steve the owner has been out to my home to address our issues and has always honored his warranty work. The customer service is extremely professional and efficient. They deserve there A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and I will always be highly recommending the company to family, friends and neighbors. Just completed another great job with SAS Services, waterproofing a home for me in St. Clair Shores. I've worked with Steve and SAS for close to 15 years now and can't say enough good things about them. They're the only honest people I know of in the "basement business" - they're prompt, communicative, fairly priced and in all these years I've never had to use a warranty. There's nobody better out there!

Company is very good at what they do. Good people to do business with. I had some basement work done in 2016 so far so good no issues had to have a 2nd sump installed to handle water volume underneath basement floor basement does not leak .

I purchased my first home a little over a year ago. I realized my basement had a slow leak. It was something I kept putting off because I was unsure of trusting waterproof companies, however recently my parents discovered black mold in their basement due to a leak so I decided it wasn’t anything to put off anymore. I called SAS and the receptionist set up an appointment for me. The owner of the company (Steve) was the one to come out, he was very informative, didn’t make me feel pressured and gave me all the details of what was causing the leak. I decided to go with SAS and they completed the job in the time they said they would. With all the rain we’ve been having my basement is completely dry and I feel much better knowing that I have eliminated my risks of going through what my parents are right now.

We have worked with SAS several times to fix our basement and drainage issue in our backyard. They are honest, priced reasonably and hard working. They don’t leave a huge mess behind and have gone above and beyond to explain everything and answer all of our questions.
