I was home for most of the installation day with Dave and I think Bill. These two stayed at our home from start to finish. Dave clearly has years of experience, he’s knowledgeable and is very personable. Bill also did a great job! He worked on the AC unit and was patient with our puppy. There were two other men that came over; one that took everything that needed to be disposed of and the other man came right before I left for work. I think he did the thermostat installation. Dave also took time at the end of the day to go over everything with us and to answer any questions we had about the new units. This experience was great just like any other experience with Flame in our home! Our salesman was easy to communicate with and set clear expectations for our installation, cost and service. He also addressed my concern with the brand we were having installed and we were pleasantly surprised to have our installation scheduled so quickly. Just in time for the next heat wave! We will stick with Flame for any of our service needs in the future!

Mr. Will Robinson provided service for my grandmother’s air conditioning system this morning. He provided outstanding service. I am very grateful for his patience with my questions and concerns. Mr. Robinson is an excellent representative of Flame. I will Proudly share this experience with family and friends. Thank you very much!

The installation of my Bryant Legacy 113A had a rough start. A service technician had to be called before it ever could be started up, but once it was started it ran for only 2 weeks before breaking down. I was told the Thermostatic Expansion Valve was bad or possibly went bad in only two weeks. This was very disappointing. Looking back its been a rather very rough start. I went without air during 90 degree weather for a week just to get an appointment for the installation, which I am not complaining about, but after only 2 weeks, this part was discovered bad, and then I was told the part would be arriving in another 4 days, during 85 degree weather. It took a call from myself to a parts/service manager for them to get the part ordered quicker, which allowed the repair to be scheduled the next day instead of 4 days later. I don't remember the managers name, but I'd like to thank this him greatly for saving us from more misery than what we had to. I will go to the Bryant website to leave a more critical review about a part that should have not have gone bad in just two weeks, but as for the installation people, I guess I could not hold them accountable, however the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because there was no empathy for us being without AC during very hot weather when ordering the repair part or possibly even when scheduling the initial installation day. I could not know for sure for if the AC unit could have been scheduled sooner or not. After the Thermostatic Expansion Valve was installed I have not had any issues yet, however its only been 5 days. I hoped things had went smoother, then I wouldn't be as nervous as I am now about how things will be to come.

We had a previous company come out and after looking at the unit for 5 minutes recommended we get an entire new one. Looking for a second opinion we called FLAME. They sent Leroy out and he was so courteous, helpful, and willing to try to fix it. And that he did! Because of him I would recommend FLAME to anyone in need of Heating/Cooling services. We can't thank you enough Leroy!!!!!!

I recently brought a home and had a AC unit installed by Flame. A salesman named Troy from Flame came out to my house to check the air vent, heater and hot water tank. After Troy looked around he gave us a quote and told us everything that would be I notice the air was not giving a good circulation on my main floor. I called and spoke with a Flame rep who advise she would send someone out. which someone came the next day to tell me that my cold air return was attach to the back of my furnace and that why my AC unit was not keeping my house cool. which made me very upset, I had 6 Flame tech at my home and no one notice that before adding a AC unit to my home. It took me almost a week for the salesman Troy to return my call after calling flame everyday. Now flame is telling me it will cost me more $$$ to correct the issue which i find to be crazy since i already paid for installation why should i have to come out of pocket again? I have spoke with Amber who advised me she would have Matt call me. I have not heard from Matt who is suppose to be over Troy. I have left Matt a voicemail message and at this point i want the AC unit removed from my home. No point of paying for a AC unit me nor my family have been able to enjoy AC. I am very unhappy with Flame and would not recommend this company!
