Have used Knight for years. Had a new Trane heat pump installed Dec. 2012. Had tune-up July 2019. Tech was on time and very efficient. We are always happy with their service.
An issue with my air conditioner caused it to stop cooling. The technician came out and found the problem quickly, replacing the defective part. Everything was handled quickly and I am very pleased (and cool).
The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. However, the appointment that was made for over a month and on a Saturday. I never had to wait nearly that long with Knight.
Knight A/C has always preformed outstanding work for my family! On the last visit, Tom kept the tradition of their professionalism alive. I never worry as long as they are taking care of us. Very thorough work!
Zabed is the best HVAC tech we have ever had call on us. He is thorough, technically competent, and explains what he is doing. He also does what is best for the customer, which is refreshing.
