Its Leaking Again

Don't use this company. The company is in financial trouble, and they are out to get your money. TJ is the owner. He will take your money and you will not hear from him again. I am a real estate investor and contracted them to get some work done on a few different investment homes of mine. TJ took the deposit and never got the work done. He does not answer his phone now. I am finding out that he has other lawsuits filed against him that he is is not responding to and trying to evade.

Terrible company. Made an appointment for a roof tune up and gutter cleaning for a Saturday. They gave me a 4 hour window. No call. No show. Very unprofessional. We called and left a message with no response. Called Monday and they guy gave us the run around. "We will be in your area this week. We will call when we can come by." Avoid the Birmingham guys!

We've made several appointments to get the roof tune up work completed. Each time they mentioned they will be in the area on Saturday and will be by to get the work done. Each time they have not shown up no called to let me know. All I want is the work done which ive paid for already.

The owner went far beyond what I expected in fixing my leak. he voluntatily fixed some other things i needed at a awesome discounted price. An all around great company.

Very shoddy service by this company. The plumber was called to identify and fix a leak under the sink. They charge $65 to diagnose the problem. On completion we were charged $100. The next day it started leaking again. We shut off the water and dried the interior of the cupboard and called the plumber again. He came and said he could not see a leak therefore he was not going to do anything. He was supposed to turn on the water and try to identify exactly where the leak is coming from, but he was completely rude and insistently said "I don't see no leak". He was becoming agitated and we had to ask him to leave. We will never use this company again.
