So sorry we picked his company. To do our Stamped Drive way. He quoted a price on a black fan cobble stone driveway that came out a ugly taupe color Because rather than doing it right he cut corners by not ordering the concrete pre blended as asked but decided to throw concrete dye in at the site. He also skimped on stamping the driveway from the sidewalk to driveway post and did a cheap uncolored brushed concrete so now we have 2 texture driveway instead of 1 professional driveway like we thought we could trust him with . I suggest if you go with Nick Bessenroth be sure to watch him like a hawk.

We had the worst experience you can have! We should go to Court so we can get our money back for non-performance! This guy did not keep with the contract! First of all it took him two years to do work that he promised will be done in three months and then he raised the bill by 400% without talking to us after we paid him already 80% of the original bill we agreed to! But the money we paid him he did not pay his workers! We spoke to them, they did not get paid! He took the money we paid him and spend it on something else! He was spiking the job. And then he screwed us into paying more because we already started some work and when we even agreed to pay what he wanted after the work will be done and put all the money into an escrow account he didn’t want to do that! He wanted to be paid upfront before the work is done! Now he owes us and his workers money! If you want proof just ask me, I have all the documentations and emails!

Bessenroth Builders has completely transformed our home into something I am now very proud of.....Nick always follows up making sure we're happy and that their people have done exactly what we want. Everyone is prompt, courteous, and very experienced. I couldn't be happier.
