OK, so where to begin. I am a local business owner and had a visit today from Timothy Moore to take a look at the water issue we have been having for a VERY long time. From the dispatch/ office manager Mike(who was probably the most positive, upbeat friendly person I’ve had the pleasure to talk to on a service call in like.. well. Forever!! ) He assured me they would be out the following morning and the would fix the issue. Guess what. They actually where here the following morning and has put together a plan to fix the issue. Tim arrived with a smile and friendly demeanor and not only knew what needed to be done, he also “while he was here anyways,”walked around to check and make sure everything else was problem free. Who does that anymore?, Timothy at flamingo Plumbing does. We called Flamingo about a leak in our bathroom and kitchen which we thought was septic tank related, turned out to be our kitchen sink copper pipes which had huge holes. Timothy Moore was the plumber who expertly called the problem and had the solution, Tim was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, informative and very pleasant. He took care of the problem ASAP and even cleaned up after himself. This is Ann Gonzalez writing this review and I couldn't be happier with the job he did.
Plumbing service was excellent. New hot water heater installed by Tim. Follow up and inspection info supplied by Dan. He explained entire process. Well done.
When Bob David from Flamingo Plumbing arrives to help, I know that I am going to get the best, most honest advice, even if it means that I really don't need a plumber after all (when is a leak not a leak?). When I do need work done, it is quick, clean and reasonable. And the work is always done 100% right the first time! No call backs. I am so pleased that Flamingo was recommended to me. Now I can recommend them to everyone else.
