Just had a new septic system put in by this company and they where great. The father and son team where awesome. They where professional and new exactly what was needed to be done. The inspector came and it was done perfectly. No hitches. I strongly recommend this company and this father and son team.
I had this company do an inspection of a home I was buying and they found a faulty system which saved us $4500! Chris was wonderful to work with and very responsive to all my questions. Once we purchased, I worked closely with David and he went above and beyond to help us layout a privacy fence to protect our drain-field. He came out 2 or 3 times to work with the fence company to ensure our new septic and drainfield was not compromised. I had another quote and this company was very competitive in pricing AND the service and communication was amazing. I actually trust them so much that I call them to ask for referrals for completely unrelated services because I just moved here and I was hoping they had connections to companies that have just as good customer service and prices as they do and they have made me 100% happy. I am very picky and do my research...no need to call around if you choose Southern Sanitary! I also feel like I could become local friends with them! Love you all!!!
Terry in the office was amazing, she really helped me out and sent James who was excellent and very informative, who fixed the problem and did not charge an arm and a leg to do so. A 3 year old completely new system and the company that put it in ignored the situation after numerous phone calls. and got nasty with me. They came through in a pinch had it fixed in a few days, the problem the other company said was not there, after 3 weeks trying to get them to respond. I would highly recommend their services.
