Friendly and pleasant staff however they did not complete the job and fix the leaks, but charged me $295.00 and wanted to charge more when I ask them to come back out and finish the job. I paid for the technician's time while he sat and waited for a part to be delivered, why wasn't he fixing the other leaks that were clearly visible based on the puddles of water under my house!

I own a vacation property in Venice Florida, my tenants called about a leak. Hill and Hill Plumbing came out the same day, coordinated the visit with my property manager and diagnosed the issue as a cracked drain pipe from the condo above us. Although the condo association will do the repair, the team at Hill and Hill were very responsive and I will definitely use them again. Thanx for your great service.

Will not would not ever call them again. I called them for a leak that we could not find. We already knew everything that Steve had informed me of. That there is a leak in the one bathroom, and that the faucet in the 2nd bathroom needs to be replaced. The only info he gave me that I did not know was that the 2nd bathroom needs to be fixed before he can locate the leak that is losing 4 gallons of water per minute. Ok fine, but then wants me to pay him $140 for him to do nothing. I don't mind paying you for your time, but $140 is not what you are worth. Especially when we already knew everything he was telling us. We called them to find the leak. This was not done. Nothing was fixed, just walked back and forth between bathrooms. I will give them 1 star only because I can not give zero.

I have dealt with Mike for years and as always very pleased with Hill and Hill Plumbing Mike is such a pleasure to work with very professional and I meet Jason today what a pleasure he is outstanding very professional as well I had a great Time talking with Jason I would and always have recommend Hill and hill plumbing. Thanks guys
