I had my windows installed by them. The sales person makes it sound amazing! Once they transfer you to the service department they basically send any random subcontractor. The installation was a disaster. Failed scheduled many times. We have now failed 2 city inspections because of the amount of errors on the installation.

You would think they would know how to ring up a carpet remnant for the sale price listed on the carpet! Next time I'm not even going to waste my time by going over there, I will just go right to Lowe's.
