If I could give zero stars, I would. They came out to fix a water main issue, I purchased all of the necessary parts so they would not charge me an additional cost on all of them, and they were to charge me only their hourly rate. This occurred during normal hours so it was not an emergent hourly rate. This business charged $165 an hour when the average hourly rate during normal operating hours in my area is 65-80. They charged more than everyone else's emergency rate (weekends) too!!! Most everyone's emergency rates are around 125 an hour. They did not even do an outstanding job. Absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with.
