Kevin of Grace Plumbing was able to assist in a situation that was impossible to accomplish on our own with tools we could have rented ourselves. He came over and was extremely friendly laying out what was going to happen and diagnosed the issue with ease. Following the diagnosis he then was able to give us an estimate and get to work immediately. Not only was the issue fixed in just under 5 minutes, but he was extremely thorough in making sure the issue would not come up again. The system is now performing better than it ever used to. Me and my roommates are extremely thankful for the excellent work of Grace Plumbing along with the exceptional work of Kevin who was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in no time at all. If we ever have an issue with our plumbing in any way shape or form again we will instantly be picking up the phone and contacting Kevin from Grace Plumbing to assist us with any further issues.

Kevin was so much help. He knew exactly where to look and what to do. It took him no time at all to figure out what the problem was and got right to work. He was completely honest with us and that made such a huge difference for me. Really great guy. In regards to the actual job. It took him all but five minutes to fix it for us.
