First off, he answers the phone and only says "hello", which comes off unprofessional and makes you think you got the wrong number. I tell him what we need in having a few items assembled and hung on walls. He says "not interested, thanks for calling" and immediately hangs up before I can say anything else. Bad first impression. Would not recommend.
