I noticed a small leak and called a few different plumbing companies. Parzival answered and was at our house with in a few hours. They quoted me a two hour window and promptly showed up. We've used Parzival 3 times now. Always a pleasant experience. Evan and Andrew are knowledgeable, nice, cleanly, and quick. Couldn't ask for more. Also the receptionists are always nice and thoughtful. I love how they text you updates as to when the plumber will arrive.

Nice to know they’ll come out to see what’s going on without charging. Customer-oriented. Would recommend and am looking forward to giving them all of my plumbing business.
So grateful and happy with this outfit. I sent a need for quote because another plumber left halfway through job. They (Justin Time) said they would be. right back and Never returned. I needed my drain for the sink and shower in my one bathroom house.Renee responded at 9:30 pm assuring me they would be out to my house in the morning. As promised two plumbers Tanner and Justin showed up and assessed the situation. They gave me a fair and responsible quote. They got right on the job doing fantastic work showing me pictures from under the house. They finished in amazing time. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. I will definitely use them in the future . Great experience after such a bad start with inferior company.
