When my hot water heater sprung a leak and needed to be replaced, Mark had one of his guys out the next day to replaced it. This is the fastest service I have ever received from a trade and they cleaned up and they even took the old heater away for disposal. Oh, and did I mention, it was all done at a fair price. Mark and his team did the plumbing for our renos last year and have been in a couple of times since (for unrelated issues). They have always been professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
