Charlie & Son Trash Service Inc

The crews that pick up are fantastic - always friendly and take care to put our cans back. My issue is that I've a can with a wheel that has completely broken off. It has been that way for the past 6 weeks and each time I call their office I get a different response, but the last time was the best. I was literally told to take the can, drag/tow it up and down my street until the bottom wore a hole in it so that way the crew would have my garbage fall out on the ground and be forced to repair/replace the wheel. lol.. I'm not making that up, but wish that I were.

This company is awesome! No matter what i have put into the trash when I get home its gone! Oh and last night these guys were still out at 9 pm to pick up our neighborhood trash! Awesome awesome service!!! :)

I’ve called, gone on line to schedule, & they don’t return calls. That’s bad business and poor customer service. I won’t be calling back.

I have service with Charlie and Sons and have been living in my house for 15 years. They came and dumped my trash and my trash can was never returned. I tried to call them on the matter and they told me that it's nothing they can do, so they screwed me out of a trash can after paying 15 years of service to them. I guess this is what customer service looks like today.
